Job Description

  • Consult with SBU head and provide daily HR guidance
  • Supervise all HRBP’s activities and render HRBP monthly report
  • Prepare monthly salary report to finance
  • Prepare monthly report of HR activities for each SBU
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Identify recruitment gaps and source for qualified candidates
  • Drive the implementation of policies and ensure adherence
  • Drive Talent management strategies though the SBU
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures.
  • Report to Head- HR and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Suggest new HR strategies
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Key Performance Metrics

  • TAT for resolving staff issues
  • Timely submission of performance appraisal report
  • 85% achievement of learning and development activities
  • Timely submission of SDC report
  • Timely submission of monthly report
  • Monthly drive of HR’s policies
  • TAT for recruitment of vacant positions
  • Reduction of attrition rate of SBU.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification:

  • B.Sc in any related field
  • At least 3 years work experience as an HRBP
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Willingness to relocate as the need arises.
