Description 

  • We are seeking for enthusiastic professionals, with energy, who are results driven and have can-do attitude, who want to be part of a team of like-minded individuals who are delivering solutions in an innovative and exciting environment.
  • As a Customer Support Agent you will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries in French / English Languages and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on specific products and services.

What you will Do

  • Interact with customers in French language via WhatsApp chatbot, telephone, e-mail, in person or any other channel required to provide support and information on assigned products and services.
  • Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers concerns/complaints that may arise at any point.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, and feedbacks.
  • Apply knowledge of specific products, services, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries in both French and English Language.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

What you will Bring

  • Bachelor of Art - BA in French or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in French/English as well as active listening skill.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge in customer service, conflict management and ability to multitask.
  • Customer service experience required.
