Arewatees Limited is searching for a talented social strategy manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The social strategy manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms. To be successful as a social strategy manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. Ultimately, a top-notch social strategy manager should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and advice to increase visibility, awareness, understanding, and support for Arewatees’ brand (vision, objectives, activities, and programs)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a cohesive media strategy, policies, guidelines, tools, and procedures
  • Prepare, lead, and manage marketing projects, including planning, budgeting, and status reporting
  • Responsible for website management and continuous improvement
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of company social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Manage, create, and publish effective content, by liaising with Founder, product designers, and sales team
  • Lead and collaborate with the product development team to develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote new product launches, the company, and brand
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and prepare weekly and monthly reports on SEO, social media analytics and ROI, and perform forecasting for marketing to achieve sales objectives
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts, messages, and developing discussions and inquiries (consult with team members for appropriate actions)
  • Undertake audience research (behavior, demographics, buying patterns, etc.)
  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
  • Stay up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
  • Select and build key relationships with influencers who align with company values across the social media platforms
  • Identify and analyze competitor activity
  • Educate team members on the use of social media and promote its use within the company (in-house roles)

Job Requirements

  • First Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Journalism, Media and Communications, Public Relations, Information and Communication Technology, or another related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years cognate work experience.
  • A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
  • Familiarity with website design, management, and publishing
  • Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
  • Excellent team working, collaboration, and networking skills
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
  • The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics.

Gross Salary
N100,000.00 / month.
