Job Description

- As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for proactively supporting a small team in managing distinguished portfolio of properties within the axis of Lekki, Victoria Island and Ikoyi.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- First port of call for Tenants of Managed properties as well as maintaining and building relationships with local tradespeople.
- Preparation of Service Charge information and Accounts, budget preparation and management, through to managing maintenance issues and client and customer liaising.
- Provide centralised administrative support
- Possessing exemplary relationship building, listening and negotiation skills, ambition, resilience, and analytical thinking
- Taking calls from tenants and liaising with Contractors to arrange the necessary works
- Producing works orders for contractors and monitoring completion of works
- Arranging and conducting periodic inspections of Managed properties, and arrange maintenance as necessary
- Developing and maintaining a contractor database
- Dealing with the end of tenancy check out reports, deposit returns and disputes
- Process notices
- Receive Tenant notices and process accordingly
- Manage Key movements
- Emergency phone-holder
- Manage in house maintenance team
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required:
- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- High level of competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Drivers’ licence (is an advantage but its not necessary)
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability - some saturday working may be required
