We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Spa Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • This manager would also be involved in the training, managing and advising all salespeople and executives on the distributors and all related market updates and trends.
  • Regarding recruitment of future sales representatives, He/she has to work with the HR in recruiting, interviewing, assessing candidates, providing training and orientation to new hires, evaluating employee work and output and initiating termination for under-performing direct sales employees.
  • Corporate sales managers are also responsible for ensuring that each direct sales team member meet individual goals to increase the overall sales goal of the company.
  • These managers will create and submit daily salesreports to supervisors,and the company CEO. They must also coordinate with the marketing department to ensure clarity of common objectives, which he/she must disseminate to distributors.
  • Corporate distribution sales managers also meet with important distributor clients and scout for potential prospects regularly. Once a client is found, the corporate sales manager executes the process of acquisition of the distributor.
  • Has to easily work with a project manager, product designers, technical experts and other professionals in the company to help develop a marketing plan that would benefit the distribution goals of the company.
  • The corporate sales manager creates all distribution sales plans.
  • He/she usually represents the company at trade shows or conferences.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Must have prior experience in Business to Business sales.
  • Microsoft suite proficient.

Skills:

  • Organization, entrepreneurial, interpersonal, management and negotiating skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
