Job Title: Location Coordinator

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as a Location Coordinator. The lists included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added:

  • Oversee the supervision of cleaning operatives through coordinating, directing, and monitoring them in their duties
  • Recruit and assign cleaning operatives to locations.
  • Get customer feedback and ensure their queries, enquiries, and complaints are attended to and resolved promptly
  • Carry out quality control checks for all sites/jobs done to monitor standards of cleanliness, to establish and implement ways to improve and meet the evolving customer needs.
  • Carry out job inspections.
  • Conduct trainings for new cleaning operatives in relation to expected standards and quality of general cleaning, and health and safety requirements.
  • Develop a cleaning work schedule for all sites/one-off jobs.
  • Generate leads/prospects and follow up to ensure revenue generation.
  • Set and monitor appropriate performance objectives and standards for staff, conducting probation review and appraisals, and dealing with staff discipline issues appropriately.
  • Perform any other responsibility that may be required.

Basic Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 7 years work experience.
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a facility cleaning company.
  • Previous experience working in a facility cleaning company is compulsory.
  • Ability to coordinate, direct, and monitor cleaning operatives in their duties.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for new cleaning operatives.
  • Ability to set and monitor appropriate performance objectives and standards for staff.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
