Job Title: Active Project Officer

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Overview of SPOC activities
  • Escalate issues beyond resources to customer or persons concerned via mails and calls
  • Follow up on prompt closure of other task generated (PM/PLM) with resources bi-monthly via work platform, calls and mails where needed.
  • Interface with customer representative on issues escalated relating to CM WO which is beyond the SPOC.
  • Interface with the customer on behalf of our organization on issue relating to Active project.
  • Interface with our outsourcing company managing our active resources.
  • Ensure resources receives their benefits (CUG/salary/bonus/Self Drive and any other benefits) as at
  • when due through emails and follow-up with Administrative Manager and Finance.
  • Ensure Payee and pension of resources are paid promptly by outsource companies, which is collated and reported is shared with the customer on a monthly basis
  • Liaise with higher authority(ies) on behalf of the FMEs where assistance is needed to ensure issues are resolved in due time.
  • Follow up with active resources to ensure PM/PLM WO created weekly are closed within the SLA given.
  • Pull- out all tasks generated (closed or pending) bi- monthly to monitor progress and conformity.
  • Assist by sharing monthly performance with customer for PAC sign off for all active projects.
  • Interface with customer on Rural telephony project
  • Liaise with FSE/RM/ FME/SDM/RDM/ RT SPOC and higher authorities on rural telephony matters to ensure prompt resolution on escalated issues and better performance.
  • Attend daily/weekly performance review meetings, and every other meeting requested by customers relating to the Active project.

Requirements

  • First Degree in a relevant role with 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Telecommunication Industry experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office packages
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail.
