Job Title: Facility Officer
Location: Port Harcourt Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the maintenance and repair of the hospitals physical plant and equipment
- Ensure the hospital complies with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements
- including state and federal agencies
- Manage the staff responsible for maintenance, repair, and renovation, including hiring,
- training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and manage the departments budget, including capital expenditures, and prepare reports on facility operations and maintenance costs
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other projects
- Plan and coordinate the installation, relocation, and disposal of equipment and furniture
- Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to identify and prioritize facility improvement projects
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND certificate
- 10 years of experience in healthcare facility maintenance
- Basic IT understanding is a plus
- Relevant academic or technical diploma
Remuneration
N500,000 Monthly.
