TeamAce Limited - Our client, a Venture Capitalist firm investing in healthcare services, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Port Harcourt Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the maintenance and repair of the hospitals physical plant and equipment
• Ensure the hospital complies with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements
• including state and federal agencies
• Manage the staff responsible for maintenance, repair, and renovation, including hiring,
• training, and evaluating performance
• Develop and manage the departments budget, including capital expenditures, and prepare reports on facility operations and maintenance costs
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other projects
• Plan and coordinate the installation, relocation, and disposal of equipment and furniture
• Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to identify and prioritize facility improvement projects

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND certificate
• 10 years of experience in healthcare facility maintenance
• Basic IT understanding is a plus
• Relevant academic or technical diploma

Remuneration
N500,000 Monthly.
