Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing/Admin Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in marketing and administration in a real estate company or a related field.
- The successful candidate will work with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our company's properties and services.
Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the company's properties and services.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
- Manage the company's website and online presence to ensure that it is up-to-date and reflects our brand.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support their sales efforts.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Administration:
- Manage the company's administrative functions, including record-keeping, document management, and office management.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
- Oversee the company's financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Manage the company's contracts and legal documents.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that the company operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and administration in a real estate company or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations.
- Experience with office management and administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary
- N60,000 - N70,000 / month.
