Job Title: Marketing / Admin Manager

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing/Admin Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in marketing and administration in a real estate company or a related field.
  • The successful candidate will work with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our company's properties and services.

Responsibilities
Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the company's properties and services.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Manage the company's website and online presence to ensure that it is up-to-date and reflects our brand.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support their sales efforts.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Administration:

  • Manage the company's administrative functions, including record-keeping, document management, and office management.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the company's financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Manage the company's contracts and legal documents.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that the company operates efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and administration in a real estate company or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations.
  • Experience with office management and administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary

  • N60,000 - N70,000 / month.
