Job Summary
- Our client is looking to hire an office manager who is Responsible for the operations of the company / foreseeing all operations & reports
Job Description
- Oversee business operations of the department
- Come up with proactive strategies to boost productivity and improve employee morale
- Resolve employee and customer issues.
- Work with outside vendors to maintain necessary product supplies
- Design and implement procedures to improve business revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory level of store products
- Monitor and properly keep company books
- Prepare and send necessary reports to the MD as at when due
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Accounting or Business Administration
- 1-2 years experience
- Must be Tech savvy
- Business savvy with local market awareness
- Must have years experience in a similar role
- Proximity to area is Key
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven integrity and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles .
- Excellent grasp of Accounting principles and fundamentals .
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics .
- Proficient use of Google Sheet and forms (Excel in particular)
- Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence .
- Good initiative, time and stress management skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Attention to detail to market and sales patterns.
