Job Summary

• Our client is looking to hire an office manager who is Responsible for the operations of the company / foreseeing all operations & reports

Job Description

• Oversee business operations of the department
• Come up with proactive strategies to boost productivity and improve employee morale
• Resolve employee and customer issues.
• Work with outside vendors to maintain necessary product supplies
• Design and implement procedures to improve business revenue and profitability
• Monitor inventory level of store products
• Monitor and properly keep company books
• Prepare and send necessary reports to the MD as at when due

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Accounting or Business Administration
• 1-2 years experience
• Must be Tech savvy
• Business savvy with local market awareness
• Must have years experience in a similar role
• Proximity to area is Key

Skills and Abilities:

• Proven integrity and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles .
• Excellent grasp of Accounting principles and fundamentals .
• Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics .
• Proficient use of Google Sheet and forms (Excel in particular)
• Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence .
• Good initiative, time and stress management skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Attention to detail to market and sales patterns.

Salary
N65,000 monthly.
