Description
- As a front desk and customer representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests, or customers of the organization.
- You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handle inquiries, and provide information about the organization's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, guests, or clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries from customers or clients.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of customer information, bookings, and appointments.
- Assist with booking reservations, appointments, or meetings as required.
- Handle and resolve complaints or issues from customers or clients, escalating to a manager or supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a neat and tidy front desk area and reception space.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as required.
- Provide support to other departments or team members as needed.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of the organization's products and services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
