Description

• As a front desk and customer representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests, or customers of the organization.
• You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handle inquiries, and provide information about the organization's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, guests, or clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries from customers or clients.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of customer information, bookings, and appointments.
• Assist with booking reservations, appointments, or meetings as required.
• Handle and resolve complaints or issues from customers or clients, escalating to a manager or supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and tidy front desk area and reception space.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as required.
• Provide support to other departments or team members as needed.
• Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of the organization's products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
