We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Reports to: The Global Partner
Main Function
- Manage and deliver external and internal training, development of activities in accordance with organisational requirements. Contribute to the strategic direction and development of training within the Company.
Role Responsibilities
- Take leadership in developing a Knowledge Management (KM) Strategy for the Organisation
- Promote knowledge sharing through the Ogranisation's operational processes by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and information systems
- Coach and mentor employees to improve their performance
- Identify new business opportunities in line with the business, in order not to lose sight of the division's goals and objectives
- Develop and manage talent in the Organisation
- Manage and coordinate various training programs for clients
- Develop a learning and development plan and impact assessment system for clients and DCP employees to ensure personal development
- Identify training and development needs within FCT zone and other states through appraisal schemes and consultation with clients
- Develop training proposals and detailed implementation framework for clients
- Provide administrative and logistic support to external consultants including travel and accommodation
- Conduct and analyse training appraisals for resource persons
- Design courses for DCP staff in Abuja and other locations
- Monitor, evaluate and analyse evaluations for all training programmes
- Liaise with resource persons (internal & external) before training programmes
- Ensure project/team members stick to the budget of planned training programmes
- Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present to Management
- Align and collaborate with colleagues and Management to diagnose current and future business needs and identify appropriate development solutions
- Stay current on research and practices in learning and development and talent management solutions, applying appropriate applications/processes to improve learning outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Candidates must possess a degree Humanities, Management or any other relevant field.
- A master's degree is an asset.

Experience:
- 3-5 years cognate post qualification experience in a management position preferably in an organised private sector.
