Job Title: Growth & Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, tapping inoto industry knowledge and existing contacts.
  • Proactively initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling and other sales penetrative initiatives.
  • Build and Maintain good relationship with existing clients to facilitate repeat business.
  • Responsible for customer’s growth, acquisition, retention and upsell.
  • Define the company’s growth plan, coordinate and execute.
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to generate income and manage costs effectively.
  • Persuade clients to sign contracts on exclusivity and/or retainer basis.
  • Conduct extensive research on Citimobile Media Ltd B2B and B2C target audience to understand their challenges and priorities and align marketing strategies to meet their needs.
  • Co-create and execute company’s marketing strategy using various methods, including both online and offline channels.
  • Create compelling contents for proposals, email, and letters to enhance Citimobile client network.
  • Create an on-brand presentation for prospective clients.
  • Seek and use client’s feedback to promote referral and retention of existing clients.
  • Optimise the customer’s journey and profiling to increase conversion of leads to paying clients.
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, Net Promoter Score and ROIs.
  • Conduct research on existing services and compare them with competitors while preferring alternatives.
  • Be the primary contact for growth initiatives with prospective clients and proposed partners.
  • Train and mentor the Sales Team for optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience and at least two years in Sales and/or Business Development.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
