Job Title: Head, Human Resources
Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time - Hybrid
Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and industry best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
- Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and legislation to ensure the company's policies and practices remain current and compliant.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years experience
- Proven experience as an HR generalist or similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Preferably female for gender balance
- ICT / Tech HR experience is an added advantage.
- Age: 32- 40 years
