Job Title: Head, Human Resources

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time - Hybrid

Job Description

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and industry best practices.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
• Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and legislation to ensure the company's policies and practices remain current and compliant.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years experience
• Proven experience as an HR generalist or similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Preferably female for gender balance
• ICT / Tech HR experience is an added advantage.
• Age: 32- 40 years

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
