Job Description
Our client is looking to hire customer support / welfare officers who are self-starters, emotionally intelligent and result-driven.
Role Overview
Providing excellent customer support by being the primary point of contact for all champion-related communications through phone calls and walk-in
Track the activity of the drivers that will be managed by you.
Report all incidents using the different tools provided.
Owning all champion related problems and pushing for quick resolution by escalating to the necessary channels while providing adequate feedback to the champion.
Building and strengthening champion relationships to achieve long-term customer LTV.
Maintaining accurate champion records and tracking updates.
Routine calls to the champions
Take full ownership of the other needs that may arise about the champions.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Empathy and ability to learn quickly
Attention to detail and problem solving ability
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
