We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Agency Unit Manager

Job Description

Business:
  • Manage own Unit as a profitable business with focus on recruitment, sales and persistency of generated business.
  • Develop deep knowledge of local market and relevant industry dynamics to improve performance( target Ensure specific customer segment for lead generation activities)
  • Align with other departments like training, underwriting etc. to support achieve business goals of the unit.
People Development:
  • Identify and approach new Risk Advisor candidates every day for recruitment.
  • Help Risk Advisors achieve their business goals through performance evaluation and coaching.
  • Plan and lead any required training sessions to help develop Risk Advisors.
  • Do goal setting exercise to help the Risk Advisor achieve the targeted income bracket.
Sales Management:
  • Maximize sales productivity for unit and build healthy distribution through.
  • Daily leadership and Goal orientation.
  • Direct support for closing policies.
  • Management of team performance against monthly business plan.
Ensure the following:
  • High standards of discipline
  • Management of sales process
  • High degree of engagement in the Unit.
Expectations on Behavior:
  • Focus on balanced objective rather than only top line.
  • Shift from 60% - 70% time selling to 60%+ time developing.
  • Emphasize on the long term view of the business and strategic objective of Ensure rather than just “Driving Sales”
KRA's:
  • Aspect Objectives Weights
  • Percent Target Achievement Ensure Recruitment, activation, GWP targets for the Unit 40%
  • Profitability Achievement Ensure the Product Mix objective 40%
  • People Development Ensure at least 5 RA's can fully sustain from the business in own Unit 20%.
