Job Description
- Our client is seeking to add a Business Development Executive to their workforce.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. She/He should be result-oriented sales professional with passion for driving business growth
- They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Working in a Marketing/Digital Agency is a Plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs.
- Utilize research insights to proactively and successfully develop new business opportunities.
- Implement diverse prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, leveraging social media, and seeking recommendations from existing customers.
- Identify and explore untapped areas of potential growth and present compelling business cases to support new initiatives.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers to understand their requirements and concerns.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and maximize yield.
- Attend meetings with potential clients and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our products and services.
- Generate regular reports containing sales and financial data to evaluate performance and progress.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, volumes, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to enhance brand visibility and forge new partnerships.
- Skillfully negotiate and close deals, while effectively addressing any complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve outstanding results.
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share valuable insights with internal teams.
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Identify New Business Opportunities - Manage sales pipeline
- Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages

Qualifications
Minimal Requirements:
- 5 years in Sales Experience full sales cycle including deal closing
- Experience working in a Marketing / Digital Agency is a Must.
