Job Title: ERP Support Officer (IT)
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
This position will have the overall accountability to support the ERP end users to:
- Trouble shoot implementation related issues Ensure timely support is provided
- Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
- MIS reports analysis
- Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis
Requirements
- Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry
- Analytical Skills
- Must be a go getter.
- Communication & Organisational skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users
- Not limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly
- Candidate must be ready to work from Monday to Friday (as per normal office timings) plus at least half a day on Saturday as and when required, the candidate must be ready to come on public holidays if the sales dispatches take place.
