We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ERP Support Officer (IT)

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
This position will have the overall accountability to support the ERP end users to:

• Trouble shoot implementation related issues Ensure timely support is provided
• Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
• MIS reports analysis
• Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis

Requirements

• Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry
• Analytical Skills
• Must be a go getter.
• Communication & Organisational skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users
• Not limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly
• Candidate must be ready to work from Monday to Friday (as per normal office timings) plus at least half a day on Saturday as and when required, the candidate must be ready to come on public holidays if the sales dispatches take place.
