Job Title: Talent Resourcing Specialist

- Sourcing and attracting the best possible talent (both internally and externally); selecting the most appropriate sourcing channels.

- Assessing and selecting the best possible talent (both internally and externally) by utilising innovative assessment and selection techniques used to maximise the right recruiting decisions.
- Owning the end to end candidate management process to ensure a market leading candidate experience.
- Communicate the TA strategy to key business stakeholders.
- Drive quality and change at a local level.
- Upskilling line managers to ensure increased accountability for recruitment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years cognate experience in resourcing/recruitment and other key aspects of the HR Value chain and competencies preferably within the FMCG, HR Consulting or similar sector.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least a second class is required. Masters in Human Resources Management or related field or membership of CIPM, CIPD, SHRM is an added advantage.
- Recent experience working in a fast-paced, commercially driven, multi-location and growing company.
- Experience of implementing and managing recruitment strategies and processes.
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices.
- Experience of using appropriate assessment tools (preferably psychometric testing A and/or B) is desirable.
- Extensive experience in applicant tracking systems.
