Job Description

  • As the Client Acquisition Specialist (B2B) at Duotech Global (HR Services), you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence in Nigeria.
  • Your primary focus will be on establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue through the sales of our HR services to clients in the tech-oriented sectors.
  • Leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and industry-specific knowledge, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch HR solutions to our valued clients within the continent, most especially our growing Nigerian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients within relevant tech-related sectors to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target industries.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Duotech Global's services.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends to effectively position our services.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in selling banking, insurance, HR Outsourcing, or tech services.
  • MBA degree will be an added advantage.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the tech industries, including market trends and customer pain points.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
  • The ability to navigate Zoho CRM is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend client meetings and industry events.
  • The ability to seamlessly commute (own a car) is an added advantage.

  • Salary: N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly (We offer a competitive salary and commission structure).
  • Remuneration deduction is subject to your host country's statutory remittance structure.
  • Full logistics reimbursement monthly up to N100,000.
