Job Description
As the Client Acquisition Specialist (B2B) at Duotech Global (HR Services), you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence in Nigeria.
Your primary focus will be on establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue through the sales of our HR services to clients in the tech-oriented sectors.
Leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and industry-specific knowledge, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch HR solutions to our valued clients within the continent, most especially our growing Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and engage potential clients within relevant tech-related sectors to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target industries.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for differentiation.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Duotech Global's services.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends to effectively position our services.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
5 - 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in selling banking, insurance, HR Outsourcing, or tech services.
MBA degree will be an added advantage.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
In-depth understanding of the tech industries, including market trends and customer pain points.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
The ability to navigate Zoho CRM is an added advantage.
Self-motivated and driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel as needed to attend client meetings and industry events.
The ability to seamlessly commute (own a car) is an added advantage.
Benefits
Salary: N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly (We offer a competitive salary and commission structure).
Remuneration deduction is subject to your host country's statutory remittance structure.
Full logistics reimbursement monthly up to N100,000.
