Job Description

- The primary responsibilities of the officer are client acquisition and client retention using all social media channels and the banks’ lending platform
- Own & drive the full marketing communication lifecycle for deliverables of the Digital and Experience domain including all social media channels and the banks’ lending platform.
- Business Development - Builds professional relationships with banking client stakeholders, establishing rapport with key players
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy that supports the bank's growth targets.
- Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, using data to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, legal, data analytics, and marketing to develop effective campaigns and landing pages.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights to optimize customer acquisition campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Work to identify and implement new customer acquisition tactics and channels.
- Develop and manage budgets for customer acquisition campaigns and ensure spending aligns with performance targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and evaluate market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the bank's retail digital banking products, including partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the retail banking industry, including fintech companies, payment processors, and other financial institutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new partnerships and alliances, working with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns to drive awareness and adoption.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators for customer acquisition initiatives, and use data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 - 3 years micro finance banking is a MUST.
- Related experience in the financial service sectors would also suffice.
