Job Description
- In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scanning, sorting, and managing digital documents.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of document management software and possess excellent organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents.
- Organize and categorize digital documents.
- Conduct quality checks for accuracy.
- Assist in document retrieval and access.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
- Ensure data security and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in document scanning, data entry, or related roles.
- A strong eye for detail and an ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
