Job Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scanning, sorting, and managing digital documents.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of document management software and possess excellent organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents.
• Organize and categorize digital documents.
• Conduct quality checks for accuracy.
• Assist in document retrieval and access.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ensure data security and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in document scanning, data entry, or related roles.
• A strong eye for detail and an ability to troubleshoot technical problems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
