Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistic service to the MD, helping him to manage and prioritize his time .
- To demonstrate the ability to plan effectively and organize administrative workload and understand organizations aims and objectives
Responsibilities
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the MD to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Schedule meetings between him and his reports and groups to which he is a member.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the MD to discus upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including drafting of general replies.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Minute general meetings as required and complete research.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of OND in Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in secretarial/administrative duties.
- A good etiquette and ability to think on one’s feet.
- Excellent in discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in computer(MS office ,Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and communicational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary
80,000 - 90,000.
