Job Summary

  • Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding our sales efforts within the agricultural sector.
  • You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and industries.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and ensuring team members meet their targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of agricultural products and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with customer support teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with relevant work experience.
