Job Brief
- This post holder will have overall responsibility and line management for Operations, administration, and HR functions for VISIONJOB 24/7,
- The HRO will work under the supervision of the HR Manager to ensure VISION JOB 24/7 is compliant with labor laws and in line with best practices. The post holder is also responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the Nigeria office and field offices.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Management of the HRIS system.
- Any other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
- Manage the HRIS System.
- Management of outsourced staff.
Qualification
- Minimum Educational standard: B.Sc / HND in Business Administration & Economics, Industrial Relations, or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
- HR Certification will be an added advantage (E.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute, CIPM and others.
Experience:
- Minimum Working Experience: Four (4) Years and above.
Job Requirements, Skills & Attitude:
- Consulting Experience is a must.
- Manufacturing Experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, HRIS, training & development, etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
