Job Description
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.
- Must be able to present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Act qs an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs and appraisals
- Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and from inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
- Advice sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers
Qualifications / Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in any related course
- 2-3 years’ Experience in Real Estate Firm as Marketer
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian real Estate industry is a plus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Proactive
- Strong attention to detail.
- Age: 27-35 Years
- All applicants must reside on the Island and have worked in Real Estate company as marketer.
