Job Description

• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.
• Must be able to present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Act qs an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs and appraisals
• Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and from inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
• Advice sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers

Qualifications / Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any related course
• 2-3 years’ Experience in Real Estate Firm as Marketer
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian real Estate industry is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Proactive
• Strong attention to detail.
• Age: 27-35 Years
• All applicants must reside on the Island and have worked in Real Estate company as marketer.
