We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Representative

Location: Ikoyi/Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position our offerings effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  •  2-4 Yers experience.
  • You are a goal-driven and customer-focused sales professional
