Job Description

  • We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. Duties will include prospecting, networking and presenting to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Generating leads and qualifying prospects
  • Developing relationships with potential customers and negotiating and closing deals
  • Maintaining ongoing account management
  • Achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or Masters will serve as an added advantage.
  • Successful previous experience as B2B sales manager in FMCG, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's own time, build relationships and close deals.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in B2B sales.
