Job Title: Business Development Specialist (Freelance)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid)
Job Type: Part-time, Event-based

Job Description

  • This is a flexible part-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist.
  • As a Business Developer at Capimore, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our General HR Services.
  • You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and increasing the reach of our HR solutions.
  • This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of General HR Services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their HR needs.
  • Collaborate with our HR expert to customize solutions for clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Ad specialist and other team members to develop and execute promotional ideas. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the company when necessary.
  • Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in HR services.
  • Strong understanding of General HR Services.
  • Proven track record of Lead Generation, Microsoft Office Suite, Lead, CRM tools, and Market Research.
  • Customer-centric.
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Remuneration
This is a freelance opportunity and it has a base pay of 60,000 Naira, plus highly attractive commission and bonuses.
