Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager with a specialized focus on serving High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the real estate sector.
  • As the Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in leading a team of real estate professionals dedicated to catering to the unique needs of our discerning HNI clientele.
  • Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market will drive the branch's success in achieving sales targets and delivering unparalleled service to our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations and profitability of the branch office.
  • Manage and mentor all branch staff.
  • Client relationship management and reporting.
  • Sale and Lease of properties in the company's portfolio.
  • Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business.
  • Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business.
  • Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals.
  • Implement effective sales strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • First Degree in Estate Management
  • Chartered Membership of NIES, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS
  • Minimum of 10-12 years real estate sales proven experience
  • Very strong sales negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex transactions Excellent communication skills.
  • Looks professional and presentable.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including property values, trends, and client expectations.
  • Sociable andconfidential
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
