Job Title:Business Development (Sales) Manager - Reports to the Executive Board

Location: Abuja (FCT), Portharcourt, or Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: The Executive Board

Summary Key Deliverables

  • Create, develop and expand current client relationships
  • Routinely identify and develop new client relationships
  • Products research and development
  • Implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Profit maximization through quality Risk Assets creation
  • Liability generation
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Competitor research.
  • Identifying potential customers and business development
  • Relationship management
  • Attend site visits and pre-proposal conferences as necessary in pursuit of business opportunities
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Managing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
  • Report to the Product Manager on product development, marketing, and relationship management activities

Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Degree in Any field with work experience in Sales Campaign design and execution
  • 15+ years in progressively responsible Marketing and leadership roles
  • Having Worked in a Marketing & advertising agency is an added advantage
  • Professional certifications in related field is mandatory

Skill Required:

  • Proficient in the Use of Slides for Presentations
  • Managing Profitability
  • Promoting Client Relationships
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools for writing proposals
