Job Title:Business Development (Sales) Manager - Reports to the Executive Board
Location: Abuja (FCT), Portharcourt, or Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: The Executive Board
Summary Key Deliverables
- Create, develop and expand current client relationships
- Routinely identify and develop new client relationships
- Products research and development
- Implementation of marketing strategies.
- Profit maximization through quality Risk Assets creation
- Liability generation
- Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Competitor research.
- Identifying potential customers and business development
- Relationship management
- Attend site visits and pre-proposal conferences as necessary in pursuit of business opportunities
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
- Managing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Report to the Product Manager on product development, marketing, and relationship management activities
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Any field with work experience in Sales Campaign design and execution
- 15+ years in progressively responsible Marketing and leadership roles
- Having Worked in a Marketing & advertising agency is an added advantage
- Professional certifications in related field is mandatory
Skill Required:
- Proficient in the Use of Slides for Presentations
- Managing Profitability
- Promoting Client Relationships
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools for writing proposals
