The Position
- We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to oversee the structure and design of an E-commerce website, driving sales performance of the platform in the Fashion Industry
Job Description
- Ensure smooth online retail processes.
- Research customer needs and their response to adverts
- Work with the marketing team on advert and social media campaigns
- Conduct marketing research on products and services
- Order processing and payment
- Interfacing with clients
- Managing the online store
- Make business decisions about products, pricing and promotions
- Monitor web traffic to measure promotion success and make improvements
- Overseeing logistics, inventory management, Brand management and customer experience
- Analyze and evaluate and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce operations
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, in Business Administration, or any related field
- 5-7 years in e-commerce operations
- Proven experience in the Fashion industry
- Ability to analyze data and create reports
- Knowledge of the best customer service practices
- A master’s degree is an added advantage.
