The Company’s business operation started in Kaduna from where it spread to other parts of the federation. Presently, Leadway has over 24 Branch Offices, with Kaduna serving as the Registered Office and Lagos, the Corporate Office.

Job Title: Financial Advisor / Sales Executive

Job Description

  • We are looking for high-energy Financial Advisors / Sales Executives who are proactive and passionate about company products and clients.
  • The ideal candidates will be organized and focused on enhancing engagements with clients and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships.

Role Responsibilities

  • Generating leads
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Evaluating clients' and prospects' needs
  • Promote company products and services
  • Maintaining client records.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degrees with relevant work experience.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Exellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients
  • Income: Multiple reoccuring monthly commission, residual income and allowance.
