Job Title: Hub and Outreach Coordinator
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description
In this role, you will:
- You will work with the Hub's clinical team to implement the self-care model and product workflows, implement a structure for ongoing measurement and improvement of hub operations and sales, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Be responsible for working with the growth team to seek out spaces for new hubs as well as the set-up of these sites.
- Work with the operations and clinical teams to understand population-level data and adjust the evidence-based curriculum.
- Community engagement and mobilization through a multitude of methods
- Work with community-based partners on shared initiatives
- Be able to engage all levels of stakeholders.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives as subject matter expert.
- Review data constantly and provide feedback on improvements or support within expected time frames.
- Be required to use technology for a majority of the work
- Monitors creates and distributes hub/outreach departmental reports for the purpose of analyzing hub/outreach utilization data in order to maximize hub participation for each department.
- Assists in the planning of marketing and outreach efforts for hub participation.
- Recommends, coordinates, and implements changes to the hub/Outreach program.
- Works closely with operations and finance for the procurement of items for the hub to ensure the outreach/hub program runs smoothly.
- Ensuring that all our hubs are functioning effectively with members visiting the hubs.
- Assists in developing techniques for evaluating hub program activities. Recommends revisions for the program. Performs other job-related duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree (added advantage)
- 3+ years’ experience in community outreach or similar area
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Must be comfortable and effective in preparing and making public presentations to differing-sized audiences.
