Job Title: Analyst, Employee Relations & HRIS

Position Summary
  • We need an Analyst who can handle and give advice on employee related policies and procedures.
  • The Employee Relations & HRIS Analyst is directly responsible for providing day-to-day support on a range of employee related topics including leaves of absence, grievances, and performance management.
  • This role leads to the establishment of a policy/process to deliver workplace code of conduct and discipline.
Position Responsibilities
  • To drive a range of Employee Relations initiatives, spanning from departure management to policy and process development and employee morale.
  • Provide day-to-day support on a broad range of Employee relations topics, including performance management, leaves of absence, grievances, departures and change management.
  • Advice on related policies, procedures, employee merit rules, state and federal laws; meeting with department management to assess employee issues and develop action plans.
  • Counsel and coach department employee on discipline, workplace environment etc.
  • To resolve issues and conflict.
  • Conduct confidential and sensitive employee investigations.
  • Preparing comprehensive analysis and recommendation reports.
  • Developing and delivering training on workplace professionalism, progressive discipline and other employee related topics
Performance Profile
The most important performance objective for this position is:
30 Day Milestone:
  • Drive the implementation of HR frameworks, the policies, procedures and standards; ensure policy compliance
  • Set up and maintain employee champions network across entire organization
  • Review and standardize the conduct of Management meetings
  • Drive the HSE Policy and serve on the PHED Safety Committee
  • Re-engineer / automate key HCM processes
90 Day Milestone:
  • Review, automate and ensure the integrity of the entire HR database
  • Drive cost-saving culture and run at least 4 cost-saving drives by year end.
  • Organize the entire HR documentation and records office
Qualifications ( Experience, Knowledge & Skills)
Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Industrial relations, Business/Public Administration or related field.    
Experience:
  • At least 3 years experiences in employee relations and welfare functions.
Competence:
  • A good public speaking skill. Good human and public relation skills.
  • A good command of English Language.
  • A good teaching, leadership and counseling ability.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Good ability to sale.
  • Ability to set priorities and organize work accordingly.
  • Experience as a public speaker, team leader in any related position of leadership is added advantage.
