We are a Butchery and Food Resources Company based in Lagos. We are primarily into providing affordable and quality meat products to our customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Meat Store Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Description

  • We’re looking for a results-driven Meat Store Associate with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
  • An executive that can provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Ensure adequate stock is available at every point in time.
  • Ensure for proper bookkeeping records.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networks.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • May Carry out procurement activities to meet the supply needs of the store.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

  • National Diploma, HND or B.Sc in Business or any related field
  • Proven work experience in a meat shop.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Perform a thorough background check before jumping into the sales process.
  • Collaboration across different roles with great team spirit.
  • Take advantage of the latest technology.
  • Trendy in business intelligence & Social Media Savvy
  • Good listening, selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Must be based around CMD, Magodo Phase 1 & 2, Shangisha, Ketu, Alausa, Ogudu, Ojota, Ojodu Berger, Omole and Ogba Environs.
