Key Performance Areas

  • Assist the Country HR Manager with the recruitment process of junior employees, contractors and casual workers in the Operations Business Unit.
  • Advertising of vacant positions
  • Shortlisting of candidates for interviews
  • Interviewing
  • Assist the Country HR Manager with the preparation, issuing and renewal of contract agreement for contractors and casual workers.
  • Assist the Country HR Manager with the onboarding process of new hires.
  • Assist the Country HR Manager with the payroll/Wages administration for contractors and casual workers.
  • Assist the Country HR Manager with the management and administration of benefits such as medical and insurances.
  • Assist the Country HR Manager with the management of company suppliers as it relates to HR.
  • Manager employees’ leave system.
  • Assist the Country HR Manager to ensure compliance with the company HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Country HR Manager to ensure all employees imbibe the company culture and values.
  • Assist the Country HR Manager with the training analysis and organization of relevant trainings for the Operations team.
  • Assist the Country HR Manager to ensure that employees register for and complete relevant and required courses at the company’s training centre promptly.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

  • Education: Must be a graduate from a recognized tertiary institution with a minimum of second-class upper (2.2).
  • Professional Certification: Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria will be an added advantage).
