Details
- This is a 3-month internship position with the possibility of transitioning to an entry level role.
- Must be bilingual in either English/German or English / French.
Responsibilities
- Managing clients/partners correspondence on all platforms
- Assessing application documents/qualifications
- Managing study/work abroad applications
- Developing promotional materials across all channels
- Managing channels
- Periodic planning of e-events
Desired Profile
- HND or University Graduate in Humanities field preferably
- A strong desire to pursue a career in client relations, public relations or similar roles
- An eye for details
- Able to comfortably do basic desk research and use Microsoft Office tools (Ability to use Word, PowerPoint and Excel is compulsory)
- Smart, internet and social media savvy (ability to surf the net and use an array of social media platforms)
- Ability to conveniently use design tools (particularly Canva) as well as video editing tools
- Excellent communication and expressive writing skills
- Quick and adaptable learner
- Organised, able to multitask, work independently, and manage time efficiently while working remotely
- Some experience with client relations and corporate event planning is desired
- Candidates with the ability to speak both German and French will be prioritised
- Have reliable working tools such as a computer, mobile phone, internet, etc.
