Details

• This is a 3-month internship position with the possibility of transitioning to an entry level role.
• Must be bilingual in either English/German or English / French.

Responsibilities

• Managing clients/partners correspondence on all platforms
• Assessing application documents/qualifications
• Managing study/work abroad applications
• Developing promotional materials across all channels
• Managing channels
• Periodic planning of e-events

Desired Profile

• HND or University Graduate in Humanities field preferably
• A strong desire to pursue a career in client relations, public relations or similar roles
• An eye for details
• Able to comfortably do basic desk research and use Microsoft Office tools (Ability to use Word, PowerPoint and Excel is compulsory)
• Smart, internet and social media savvy (ability to surf the net and use an array of social media platforms)
• Ability to conveniently use design tools (particularly Canva) as well as video editing tools
• Excellent communication and expressive writing skills
• Quick and adaptable learner
• Organised, able to multitask, work independently, and manage time efficiently while working remotely
• Some experience with client relations and corporate event planning is desired
• Candidates with the ability to speak both German and French will be prioritised
• Have reliable working tools such as a computer, mobile phone, internet, etc.
