- Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the brand and drive the growth of the brand’s healthcare solutions
- In this role as Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales of our healthcare technology solutions.
- Your role will involve understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare organizations.
- Understand client needs and requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
- Present our healthcare technology solutions to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Customize presentations and proposals to address specific client needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in healthcare technology sector.
- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology solutions and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
