Job Title: Service Fulfillment & Support Engineer
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Purpose of the Job (Brief)
- To improve SLAs with customers by reducing MTTR, ensuring enhanced service delivery.
Expected Key Results (Detailed KPIs)
- Restore service failures within stipulated MTTR
- Implement and integrate new projects
- Provide prompt communication and feedback via OTRS Application
- Identify, plan, and execute preventive maintenance on the network
- Support sales department in preparing bid documents and technical documentation for presentations
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects with adherence to implementation plans
- Manage pre-installation procedures, installation, integration, and maintenance of microwave radio links
- Ensure official acceptance of completed jobs by customers, closure of tickets, and proper inventory management
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills
- Academic: Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree
- Professional: CCNA, CCNP
- Customer-centric and stakeholder management
- LAN/WAN network design and implementation
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- International collaboration skills
- In-depth knowledge of network devices, installation, and configuration
- Hands-on experience with protocols, routing, and network security
- Familiarity with wireless point-to-point and point-to-multipoint technologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Other Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in the telecommunications industry
- Technical savvy, adaptability, innovation, and result orientation
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Network automation awarenes
